Enhancement - New Mail Merge fields

We have added 2 new mail merge fields:

-Agent Instructions
-Exports Exclusion
(on the Removal > Exports tab)

On any screen which allows a user to insert mail merge fields, such as Report Configuration, Paragraphs, Job Type setup.

Enhancement - Store multiple branches against job/removal products

Removal/Job Products now have the ability to store multiple branches in the 'Branches' field

Enhancement - Import Language.csv to show 'Browse File Folder dialogue'

We have developed a new feature on the Language screen to show the 'Browse File Folder' dialogue instead of the small box to select a folder when importing the language.csv file.

Previously, the user could not see the files inside the folder and instead had to create a new folder to make sure the .csv file had the correct name in order to make the data import work properly.

Language Management > Import (folder icon).

Enhancement - Show Mobi user name in red if settings differ from group level configuration

We have enhanced the Mobi settings to show the users name in red, if their configuration is different than what is set on a group level.

Enhanced the Date filter to be able to filter and add by Date Range in the Currency Exchange Rates screen

We have enhanced the Date filter to be able to filter and add by Date Range. Now we have the Date From and Date To filter. Until now it was only possible to filter by a single date.

On the Currency Exchange Rates screen > The Date filter is defaulted as 30 days ago to today's date > The rates filter by Date range.

Enhancement - Location Management Enhancement For Fine Art

We have added the following features:

1. Toggle to switch to display only the most outer layer.

2. Count button to display totals of each Object Type of Inventory Store in Selected Location (Bottom table).

3. Count button for Location (top table), similar logic to point 2 but based on filtered locations that are displayed on the table.

4. An icon to export an Excel report based on the filtered Location on the top table.

New System Parameter - Show Add Column in the Diary tab

A new System Parameter has been added to show the 'Add' column in the Diary tab.

The user can enable the System Parameter, and add or edit the value in the 'Add' column in the Diary tab on a Diary Action with an Hour value. Estimated Hours(HrsE) on the Daily Diary screen will be displayed as HrsE = Hour + Add.

New System Parameter - MoveTransfer Default Import Type

A new System Parameter has been added to set an active Removal Type as the default type for MoveTransfer imports. Whatever value is set in this System Parameter, will be used by the system when importing/creating new jobs via MoveTransfer.

We have added a new merge field 'WonDate' for Word reports to display the removal's Won Date.

New System Parameter - Location Grid Show Going Out Within Specified Range

We have added a new System Parameter called "Location Grid Show Going Out Within Specified Range". This can be used to show what is going out within a specified date range. Currently the orange grid color shows what is going out within 3 days. By setting the value of this System Parameter to e.g 15 anything going out between 4 and 15 days would be displayed in yellow.
