System Parameter - Hide Delete Button from Non System Admin on Update Objects

We have added a System Parameter to hide the 'Delete' button for non-system Administrators on Update Objects.

Inventory > 'Change properties of selected Object(s) > Update Objects/Items

When the value is set to Y, the bulk deletion of Objects is only available to users that belong to Security Group Z.

Extended System Parameter - Users to notify from MoveClient/Partner changes

We have enhanced this System Parameter with a new option RA (Removal Account Manager) and also the ability to select multiple staff groups.

Administration > System Setup > System Parameters

The [Removal Field] option means that you can select multiple Removal fields from the Staff group, by double-clicking into the 'Sub Group' field on the System Parameter and select the ones required.

An example value could be: Sales Rep,Account Manager,Spare1
In this example a spare field is used on the Removal Details screen for a specific Staff group e.g Traffic

Enhancement - OSA Report By Date Filters Change

We have made the 'OSA Report' to be able to be filtered by Date Departure/ETA/Loaded/Delivered instead of the Job's date.

On Reports screen > Analysis tab > OSA Report > By Date Filter

Enhancement - New toggle 'Exclude Dates' to stop ETD/ETA from updating removal diary actions

We have added a new toggle 'Exclude Dates' on the Waybills screen for the following:

1.) Do not update 'Arrival Date' to diary action where the key action is 'Arrival' in the Job.
2.) Do not update 'Departure Date' to diary action where the key action is 'Departure' in the Job.

How to show/hide this toggle:

1.) Set on a cost centre level
Code management > Waybill Type > Method field) OR
Cost Centres management > 'Exclude Waybill ETD and ETA from Jobs' field.
Following values are available:

Blank - Do not display Toggle
N - Display a Toggle (Unticked by default)
Y - Display and Default Tick

2.) Based on the set up as above, users will be able to see the 'Exclude Dates' toggle on the Waybill Details screen, which can be selected or unselected:

• Tick => exclude update date ETA and ETD to Jobs

• Untick => standard behavior
