Items are added to a consignment from the Details tab of the Baggage Management module. Items can be added to an Estimated or Actual list. Items are added from the Pick List at the left of the screen, which may be set to display items categorized by method of shipment, packing materials or all items. Items can be filtered using the description field at the top of the list.
The Item Pick List
The Pick List contains a complete list of all items available in the system. It can be displayed in three views as described below:
All possible furniture
A subset of furniture based on the default baggage room
as specified using the System Parameter “Default room button value in Baggage Management”Display a list of available packing materials
Items not displayed in the Item Pick List can be entered at the top of the list using the Add 
button at the top of the list. The item will be added to the consignment and can be included in the Master Pick List from Inventory Management.
How to Add Items:
Enter the details of a new client or select an existing consignment and navigate to the Details tab.
Set the List Type to Estimated. Select the type of Pick List (all items
, room 
or packing 
).Click on the required item in the Pick List or add a new item. The quantity of the item in the consignment is updated in the Pick List.
Click on the Length, Width and Height fields of the item to record the dimensions. Set the Pack Type and enter a description of the item
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for as many items as required.
Click the Save button to the right of the tab.
Click the Create Actual
icon to create the Actual list from the Estimated list of items. Click Yes to confirm creating the Actual list.Update the list by adding or deleting items if required.

If the Inventory has changed after the pricing has been completed, click the Refresh icon 
above the inventory. The cost option prices will be updated according to the updated total inventory weight.
