The top panel displays all appointments for the date(s) selected. Appointments can be added

icon will toggle the view to be the same as the view when allocating a survey to a sales representative.
The bottom panel shows a calendar view, broken apart by date and by employee. Double click on a time slot to set an appointment for that time for that employee:
