The General Ledger Inquiry window provides an overview of the Chart of Accounts and Balances. The balances for the Year to Date, Budget, and Last Year are displayed. Account period balances and budgets are also shown for posting accounts. The accounts displayed in the Inquiry window can be filtered using the search boxes and drop-down lists from above the list of records (See Searching Records).
Clicking on the Refresh Current Search button will update the accounts displayed with any recent transactions posted to the General Ledger.
