To make processes efficient and standardized, Moveware gives you the ability to link email templates to Diary actions. So, if you complete a diary action, a pre-populated email template pops up, which you can modify if necessary. When the email is sent, the diary action is marked as complete, the time stamp is recorded, along with the user who completed the action. The email that was sent is stamped at the bottom left corner of the screen, in the Additional Notes area.
