How to Print an Invoice

1. Select the Invoice from the Quick Print menu:

   

2. The Print Options box will open providing you with options: 

   – Print the invoice
   – Preview the invoice
   – Save the invoice as a PDF 
   

3. When creating a PDF, the “Save” checkbox ensures that this quote is saved to the job’s file folder.
