The top of each tab in the Reports module contains several icons for different printing/viewing options. These options are very similar to those you see in the Quick Print section of modules in Moveware.

Filter and Group the report as outlined in Generating Reports.
Click an icon to run the report in the desired format: Excel, Word, Email (as text), PDF, Preview, Print. Excel, Word, and PDF give you the option of Saving the report to your directory. Additionally, you can Email any of those by clicking Email as Attachment.
