Items not displayed in the Item Pick List can be entered at the top of the list using the Add image-20240815-201627.png  button at the top of the list. The item will be added to the consignment and can be included in the Master Pick List from Inventory from Inventory Management.

How to Add Items: 

  1. Enter the details of a new client or select an existing consignment and navigate to the Details tab.

  2. Set the List Type to Estimated. Select the type of Pick List (all itemsimage-20240815-201728.png, room image-20240815-201804.png or packing image-20240815-201819.png ).

  3. Click on the required item in the Pick List or add a new item. The quantity of the item in the consignment is updated in the Pick List.

  4. Click on the Length, Width and Height fields of the item to record the dimensions. Set the Pack Type and enter a description of the item

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for as many items as required.

  6. Click the Save button to the right of the tab.

  7. Click the Create Actual image-20240815-201833.png  icon to create the Actual list from the Estimated list of items. Click Yes to confirm creating the Actual list.

  8. Update the list by adding or deleting items if required.

  9. Click the Save button to the right of the tab.

If the Inventory has changed after the pricing has been completed, click the Refresh icon image-20240815-201855.png  above the inventory. The cost option prices will be updated according to the updated total inventory weight.
